Common questions about our car rental services — self-drive, with driver, and one-way drops.
What types of car rental do you offer?
We offer self-drive rentals (you drive), with-driver rentals (chauffeur included), and one-way drops. You can choose hourly, daily, or multi-day plans depending on your needs.
What documents do I need to book a car?
For self-drive: a valid driving licence and CNIC/NICOP. For with-driver bookings, a valid ID is usually sufficient. We may ask for additional ID at pickup for security.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes. You can cancel or modify your booking subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made well in advance may qualify for a full or partial refund. See our Cancellation Policy page for details.
How do I pay for my rental?
We accept multiple payment methods including cash, bank transfer, and card (where available). Payment options are shown at checkout. A deposit may be required for self-drive bookings.
Is fuel included?
For self-drive, the vehicle is typically provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank, or fuel charges may apply. For with-driver bookings, fuel is usually included in the quoted price. Confirm at booking.
Do you provide delivery and pickup?
Yes. We can arrange delivery and pickup within our service area (e.g. Lahore and surrounding areas). Delivery charges may apply depending on location; details are shown when you book.
What if the car breaks down or I have an accident?
Contact us immediately. We provide 24/7 support. For self-drive, your responsibilities are outlined in the rental agreement. We will assist with recovery and replacement where possible.
Can I take the car outside the city?
Out-of-city or long-distance trips are possible for both self-drive and with-driver bookings. Terms and any extra charges (e.g. kilometre limits, driver allowance) are explained at booking.
