Our cancellation and refund policy for car rentals. Cancel or modify bookings subject to the terms below.

Cancellation by You
You may cancel your booking by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Cancellation will be confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us. Please refer to the refund rules below for any advance payment refunds.
Cancellation by Us
1CallCabs.com reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of force majeure, vehicle unavailability, or breach of Terms & Conditions. In such cases, any advance payment will be refunded as per this policy.
Refunds
- Advance payment refund: Advance payments will only be refunded if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the booking start date. Cancellations made within 5 days of the start date are not eligible for refund of advance payment.
- No refund on start date: No payment will be refunded if cancellation is made on or after the booking start date. This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
